Recipe
- First of all, heat about one liter of water. Then add sugar to it and let it cook for some time.
- Now add one cup of milk to it. Boil it once again for 5 minutes.
- Now take some cloth and filter it in it. Mix the remaining water and syrup.
- Dissolve flour in some water and keep cooking it on low flame.
- The flour will start thickening. Then add one tablespoon of ghee in it.
- If you keep adding ghee while stirring it, it will not stick to the vessel and the taste will also increase.
Now check whether ghee is visible separately from this mixture or not. If yes, then consider that it is ready.
- Add almonds, pistachios, and green cardamom. After this, apply ghee to this mixture in a tray and spread the halwa in it with a spoon.
- Decorate it with almonds, pistachios etc. After it cools down, cut it into pieces. It is ready to serve.
