Ingredients for Churmuri Snacks Recipe
4 cups puffed rice
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
3 green chillies, chopped
little coriander finely chopped
21/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder


1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt (as per taste)
1 tsp ghee

Churmuri recipe
To make Churmuri, first of all put a pan on the gas.
Now heat it on a low flame and then add ghee to it.
When the ghee becomes hot, add puffed rice and fry it lightly but do not make it golden brown.
Now take it out in a bowl and add chopped onion and tomato and mix it well.
Now add black salt, green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin powder and lemon juice to it.
Now add finely chopped coriander to it, and mix well while stirring with a spoon.
Add roasted peanuts to it and mix well.
