Material
Paneer – 250 grams
Gram flour - 2 cups
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Celery - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 tbsp
oil as per requirement
salt to taste

Recipe
1. First of all, filter the gram flour in a vessel.
2. Then add red chili, garam masala, carom seeds, asafoetida, and salt and mix well.
3. Add some water to the mixture and prepare it well.


4. While making the batter, keep in mind that no lumps form in it. Do not dilute the solution too much.
5. Then wash the cheese and cut it into small pieces.
6. Mix the paneer well in the gram flour solution.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces in hot oil.
8. When it turns brown, take it out of the pan.
9. Similarly, prepare pakodas from small gram flour.
10. When all the pakodas are ready, serve them with hot chutney.
