Bread Pakora Chaat: Bread Pakora is one snack that Indians can never say no to. Crunchy on the outside and stuffed on the inside, this snack tastes great with tea. But if its chaat is made then it becomes even more fun. Learn the recipe for Bread Pakora Chaat-

Material :
-4 bread slices

3 to 4 small boiled potatoes

- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)

Salt as per taste

Black salt as per taste

-1/2 tsp garam masala

-1 cup gram flour

-1/2 tsp red chili powder

-1 tbsp mint chutney

-1 tbsp tamarind chutney

-1 tsp sev

-1 tbsp whipped curd

-1/2 tsp pomegranate seeds

- Oil for deep frying

Method :
1. To make potato stuffing, put boiled potatoes, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala in a bowl.

Mash the potatoes well.

3. Now fill potato filling in two slices of bread.

4. For the batter, add gram flour, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix everything. Make sure the batter is thick.

5. Now dip the stuffed bread slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

6. Cut the fried bread pakodas into 4 equal parts. Place on a plate and pour both the chutneys along with the curd.

7. Sprinkle sev, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, and chaat masala over it.

8. Repeat the same process with the remaining bread fritters.

9. Serve it hot and enjoy.
