Everyone gets bored of eating the same type of snacks. Apart from pakoras, vermicelli, fenugreek, or biscuits, you can prepare and eat these delicious snacks. It is a type of Chinese dish. You can enjoy market-like Chinese cuisine at home. You must have eaten plain Maggi many times but today I will tell you the method of making a different kind of Maggi. So let's know about it...

Material
salt to taste
Red chili - 1/2 tsp
Noodles - 2 bowls
Onion - 2-3
Carrot - 2-3
Capsicum - 2
Garlic - 3-4 (chopped)
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Cabbage - 1
Schezwan Chutney - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Oil – 4-5 tbsp

Method
1. First heat water in a vessel. When the water starts boiling, add noodles and salt and cook for 7-8 minutes.
2. Then strain the noodles and wash them with cold water.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop garlic, onion, capsicum, carrot and keep aside.
4. After the oil is hot, add garlic, capsicum, and carrot and fry.
5. After frying vegetables, add soya sauce, shijwaan sauce and tomato sauce.
6. Cook the mixture well. In another pan, cook the noodles till they become crispy.
7. After this, add fried noodles to the vegetables and mix well.
8. Your delicious crispy Chinese Bhel is ready. Serve with chutney.
