Eating pakodas, and kachoris do not fill the mind and all these things are not good for health, but you can make deep-fried items healthy by changing the way of making them.
Material :
¼ onion (finely chopped), ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped), ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp dry mango powder, 1 potato (boiled and mashed), ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, ¼ cup bread crumbs

2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, ½ tsp black pepper (crushed), ¼ tsp salt, ¼ cup water, 1 cup breadcrumbs, oil (for frying)
Method :
Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cups of grated beetroot and squeeze out its juice.
Add 1 boiled and mashed potato to it.
Then add ¼ onion, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp dried mango powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
- If the mixture looks too wet, then add ¼ cup bread crumbs to it. Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix.
Now we will make corn flour batter. For this mix 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, ½ tsp black pepper, and ¼ tsp salt in dry hands. Make a thick batter by adding water gradually.
Make round patties from the potato, and beetroot mixture. Dip it on both sides in the corn flour batter.
Then roll this patty in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil or shallow fry in a pan is also an option. To make it healthy, bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Beetroot patties are ready for serving.
