How to make bitter gourd chips?
To make bitter gourd chips, first cut the bitter gourd and remove the seeds.
Then cut the bitter gourd into a round shape and keep it.
After this, squeeze 1 teaspoon of salt and the juice of one lemon into it.
Then mix bitter gourd pieces in it and keep it aside for half an hour.
