Green Smoothie

Many nutrients like iron, folate, healthy fats, and omega-3 fatty acids are found in green smoothies and hence this smoothie can be consumed in case of PCOS problems.

  • necessary ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method of making a smoothie-

  • To make this smoothie, put all the ingredients in a blender jar and mix everything until smooth.
  • You can increase or decrease the amount of milk keeping in mind the consistency of the smoothie.

Berry Blast Smoothie

Berry Blast smoothies are not only tasty to drink but are also helpful in controlling PCOS.

Necessary Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 1/2 banana

Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Necessary Ingredients-

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (such as pea or hemp protein)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • Pieces of ice

Method of making a smoothie-

  • To make this smoothie, mix oat milk along with all the other ingredients in a blender jar.
  • Now blend it well. When it becomes completely smooth, pour it into a glass and drink.
