Ingredients required-

  • 1 cup alum water
  • 1 cup rose water
  • 2 Vitamin-E capsules
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method to prepare and apply-

Put alum in water for some time and then take it out. After this, you mix rose water in this water. Also, you have to add Vitamin-E capsule and lemon juice to this mixture. After this, your homemade toner is ready to use.

Step-2 Scrubbing

Exfoliating the skin is very important whether the skin is oily or dry. It becomes even more important for dusky-skin people because if you do not exfoliate the skin, then dead skin accumulates on your skin, which makes your skin look dull and dark. According to your skin type, you can prepare a scrub at home with curd and milk. Mix gram flour and turmeric in both of you. Curd and milk both have exfoliating power. You can use curd on oily skin and milk on dry skin.

Step-3 Use of sunscreen

You should not step out of the house without using sunscreen. Not only this, you must use sunscreen even while staying at home. Let us tell you that a kind of rays also come out from the lights in the house, which are harmful to the skin. In such a situation, you should use sunscreen every 4 to 5 hours whether you are at home or outside the house. Sunscreen ranging from 25 to 40 SPF can be used on Indian skin.
