There is no cure for Vitiligo, but people suffering from this disease can control this disease by including these things in their diet.

Include these things in the diet
1. According to experts, people who have vitiligo disease should include green tea in their diet. Green tea contains a large amount of epigallocatechin-3 gallate which works to reduce the white spots on your skin.

2. Eating green leafy vegetables, bananas, apples, chickpeas, beetroot, radish, and root vegetables like carrots can help.

3. Foods that contain vitamins B, and C, amino acids, and folic acid help prevent these white spots.

4. Pulses form an important part of our diet. Vitiligo patients should consume moong and tur dal in pulses.

5. Eat black gram and dry almonds.

6.Keep water in copper vessels and consume it.

Avoid these things
1. Avoid the consumption of new paddy, maida, kabuli gram, peas, and desi gram in cereals.
2. Avoid potatoes.
3. Don't eat milk and milk products.
4. Avoid spicy oily food.
5. Stay away from fish, jaggery, urad, cold food, and cold water.
