The fitness coach says, “Breast sagging is common with increasing age. But, some other things like bad posture, less movement etc. can bring looseness in the breast at an early age. In such a situation, some exercises can help you. It activates and tones the muscles of the chest and back, thereby tightening the breasts and relieving stiff back muscles.

Cat Cow Pose

Cow face pose is also known as Gomukhasana. It is a Sanskrit word, which is made up of two words. The first word 'Gau' means 'cow' and the second word 'mukh' means 'mouth'.

  • First of all, sit on the bed in Sukhasana.
  • Bend the left arm from the elbow and take it from the side of the abdomen to the back.
  • Take the right arm behind from above the shoulder.
  • Try to stretch both arms and join them together.
  • Clasp the hands behind the back.
  • Do this exercise with opposite arms as well.
  • Stay in this posture for some time.
  • Then come back to the old position.
  • Open both hands.

Eagle Arms

Eagle pose is also known as Garudasana.

  • To do this, sit with your back straight.
  • Then cross both arms by bending them at the elbow.
  • The left arm is to be placed over the right arm.
  • Then try to bring both palms to Namaskar Mudra.
  • Stay in this pose as per your capacity.
  • Then slowly come back to the first position.
  • Now do this exercise from the other side.
  • Keep breathing deeply and slowly and exhale.

Arm Extensions

  • Sit on the bed with your back straight.
  • First of all, straighten the right side to the left.
  • With the left hand, apply the elbow of the right hand towards the chest.
  • Due to this, a stretch will be felt in the right shoulder.
  • Keep in mind, the shoulder should be at shoulder level only.
  • The arm should not be above or below the shoulder.
  • Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Similarly, do 5-5 rounds from both shoulders.

Cactus Arms

  • Sit up straight.
  • Bend the arms from the elbows and face upwards.
  • Then stretch the arms by taking them to the side.
  • Come back to the old position.
  • Do this in 10 reps.

Ear to Shoulder Stretch

  • Sit down by straightening your back.
  • Bend the right arm from the elbow.
  • Then place the hand on the left side of the head.
  • Now press the head to the right.
  • Do the same from the other side as well.
  • Do these exercise several times?

With these exercises, you can reduce the problem of hanging breasts.
