Material
Sesame - 2 cups (250 grams)
Jaggery - 1 cup (250 grams)
Cashew - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Small cardamom - 7 to 8 (ground)
Ghee - 2 tsp

How to make
To make sesame-jaggery laddoos, first clean the sesame seeds thoroughly. Take a heavy bottomed pan and heat it on medium flame, stirring continuously with a spoon.
Roast the sesame seeds till they turn light brown (the sesame seeds become powdery when mashed with hands).
Take out the roasted sesame in a plate and let it cool down a bit.
- Lightly crush half the sesame with roasted sesame or make it coarse by running lightly with a mixie. Add whole and lightly crushed sesame seeds.
Now heat a spoonful of ghee in a pan, add pieces of jaggery and melt the jaggery on a very low flame.
Switch off the fire immediately when the jaggery melts. After the jaggery cools down a bit, mix the roasted crushed sesame seeds well in it.
- Mix cashew almond and cardamom powder in it.
The mixture for making jaggery and sesame laddoos is ready. Take it out from the pan in a plate and let it cool down a bit.
- Grease your hands with ghee, take a little mixture from the mixture, take about a table spoon, make round laddoos and put them on a plate.
Sesame jaggery laddoos are ready.
Leave the prepared laddoos in the open air for 4-5 hours.
You can make laddoos of sesame jaggery without dry fruits also.
