Semolina Kheer is very tasty. You can easily make it in very less time.

Material :
4 tbsp semolina, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cashew, 1 tbsp raisin, 2 tbsp ghee, 2 cup milk, 1 tbsp almond, 1 tbsp pistachio, 1 tsp green cardamom powder

Method :
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, and raisins to it and fry for 2-3 minutes.

- In another pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Add semolina, mix, and fry on medium heat for a few minutes.

-Now add milk and sugar to the pan. Let the milk boil, and cook it for a while.

-Add roasted nuts to it, and add a pinch of cardamom powder. Cook for the last two minutes and turn off the flame.

-Semolina Kheer is ready.
