Oatmeal – 1 bowl
Potato - 1
Tomato - 1
Onion finely chopped - 1

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp

Vegetable Porridge Recipe
To make vegetable porridge, first finely chop potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and carrots. After this, put oatmeal in a pan and dry roast it on a low flame. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onion to it and fry till it turns light pink while stirring. After this add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it.

Now add turmeric, red chili, garam masala, and other things, and fry everything for 2-3 minutes. After roasting all the spices, put the chopped vegetables in the pan one by one and fry them. When the potatoes become soft, add roasted oatmeal and 1/2 glass of water to it. (The amount of water can be increased or decreased as per requirement) After this, cover the pan and let the porridge cook for 15 minutes. After this turn off the gas. Delicious Namkeen Vegetable Porridge is ready. If you want, you can use a cooker instead of a pan and cook the porridge till 2-3 whistles.
