Material
Roti – 4
Boiled potatoes – 2-3
Gram flour – 3 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Nigella seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – for frying
Salt – as per taste
Method
To make roti samosa, first boil the potatoes and cool them. Now peel it and mash it well. After this, pour oil into a pan, add nigella seeds and green chilies, and fry for a few seconds. After this, put the mashed potatoes in the pan and fry it while stirring with the help of a spoon. Fry it well for a few minutes.
After this, add all the spices and salt and mix well. When it is ready, put coriander leaves on it. Now keep it aside and cool it.
To stick the samosas, prepare a thick batter of gram flour. After this, cut the roti from the middle. Now take one piece, make a cone, and fill it with potato filling. Lastly, give it the shape of a samosa and stick it with the help of a gram flour batter. Now heat oil in a pan, put roti samosa in it, and deep fry it. Serve it hot with chutney.
