These ingredients are needed to make tricolor pulao
3 cups basmati rice, 5-6 cloves, 1-inch piece of cinnamon, 3-4 small cardamoms, 1 big cardamom, 1 cup ghee, 3 green chilies, 2-3 garlic cloves, a small pieces of ginger
1/2 cup green peas, salt as per taste, a little orange color, 1 carrot, half teaspoon cumin, 1 cup grated cheese, 50 grams green coriander, 1 tablespoon grated coconut
Method
To make Tricolor Pulao, first cook plain white rice. For this, first of all, soak the rice. After this, cook a bowl of rice in the usual way. To cook it, first put ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and then add rice and cook. When the rice is cooked, keep it aside.
After this, you have to make orange pulao. To prepare orange pulao, first put ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, add cumin seeds to it and fry. After this, add grated carrots to ghee and cook. When it is cooked, add rice to it and fry. After this, add 1 cup water, salt, and 5-6 drops of orange color and cook. When the pulao is cooked, remove it and keep it aside.
Preparing green pulao is a bit difficult. For this, first of all, you have to make a paste by grinding green coriander, coconut, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Now heat ghee in a pan and then add cumin and prepared paste and fry it. Add ground green peas and rice and cook. After cooking, remove it and keep it aside.
Now prepare tricolor pulao
To prepare this, first of all apply ghee in a big vessel. After this, place orange rice at the bottom and press it well. After this, place a white casserole in the middle and press it. After this, last of all you have to keep the green-colored pulao in this vessel. After this, gently turn this vessel over on a plate. After turning, the orange rice will be on top. Now your tricolor pulao is ready.
