Flax seed is rich in properties like protein and omega-3. Its consumption is very beneficial in reducing weight. People consume it in many ways but you should use 'Linseed Paratha'. Consuming this helps to get rid of problems like constipation.

To make Linseed Paratha, first, take out the flour in a paratha. After this, mix cumin, salt, linseed seed paste, and ground oats in it. Now add water as required and knead the dough. Later put some oil in it and mix it well and keep it.

Now grease the non-stick pan with oil. Later, make a ball of flour and roll it like a paratha and heat it on a griddle. After this, roast the paratha well by applying oil on both sides. Tasty and healthy linseed paratha will be prepared in this way. Serve it with green chutney, curd, and tea.
