It can be eaten with roti, paratha or rice. The name of this recipe is Aloo Tomato Ka Jhol. Do not consider this as a simple potato and tomato curry. This is a very tasty vegetable. Ingredients to make Potato Tomato Jhol
Lightly boiled potatoes, cheese, onion, tomato, ginger, green chilli, garlic, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, oil, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander powder, asafoetida, milk, butter, mint.

Recipe to make Aloo Tomato Jhol
Step 1-Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and a little oil to the boiled potatoes and mix them. Then fry and keep aside.
Step 2- Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli and a little oil to the paneer in a vessel.
Step 3- Fry the spiced paneer.
Step 4- Now heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds and fry them.
Step 5- Now fry finely chopped onion till it turns golden brown and add ginger and green chilli.
Step 6- Then add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida and tomato. When tomatoes become soft, add water and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 7- Now add milk and butter and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add potatoes which have been fried well and crisp and cheese and cook on low flame. Serve garnished with coriander or mint leaves.
