Recipe for making bottle gourd vegetable

- 250 grams bottle gourd

- 2 tablespoons gram flour

- 2 onions finely chopped

- Capsicum and onion cut into big pieces

- 2 tomatoes paste

- Ginger garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 teaspoon red Chilli

- 1 tsp Turmeric

- 1 tsp Coriander powder

- Garam masala

- 1 tsp Salt

- Oil

Recipe

To make bottle gourd vegetable with gram flour, first wash and peel the bottle gourd. Then cut them into round pieces. Now place these pieces on a plate and add gram flour, chili, salt, turmeric, and oil and mix. Leave it for 5 minutes. Then add oil to the pan and fry. Now heat oil in another pan and add cumin seeds in it. Add finely chopped onion to it and fry until it turns golden. When the onion is roasted, add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry. Add tomato paste and fry well. Now add red chili, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and mix. Now add big pieces of onion and capsicum to it. Now add fried bottle gourd pieces and mix. Add some water and cover and cook. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes and turn off the flame. Add Kasoori Methi and cover. Your gourd curry is ready. Serve hot with roti and rice.
