Whenever Jalebi is mentioned, the mouth waters. The taste of hot and syrupy Jalebi is amazing, no matter how full your stomach is, you cannot say no to Jalebi. You might have eaten Jalebi made from refined flour, but today we are going to tell you about the recipe for Jalebi made from paneer which is very tasty to eat.
To make Jalebi you need the following things:
1 liter milk
250 grams of prepared paneer
2 tablespoons lemon juice
500 ml water
300 grams sugar
150 ml water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon saffron 2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour
35 grams of corn flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
50 ml water
Oil for frying (for batter)
Pistachios (for garnish)
Recipe:
First of all, heat 1 liter of milk in a pan, add 2 tbsp lemon juice, and continue boiling until the milk curdles completely.
Now put a muslin cloth in a bowl, pour the milk mixture, and separate the water and cheese.
Wash it with water to remove the smell of lemon juice.
Hang the cloth for 30 minutes, so that the water gets squeezed out.
Add 300 grams of sugar, 150 ml of water, and 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder in a pan and stir until it dissolves.
Add 1 teaspoon saffron to it and mix well.
On the other hand, in a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of flour, 35 grams of corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 50 ml of water.
Add 250 grams of prepared paneer to it, mix well and put it in a blender, and blend it well.
Now put this mixture in a piping bag.
Heat oil in a pan and make jalebi with the help of a piping bag.
Fry the jalebi by turning it slowly until it becomes golden and crispy.
When all the jalebis are ready, soak them in syrup for 5 minutes and take them out.
Take out the jalebi from the syrup and serve garnished with pistachios. Your hot Paneer Jalebi is ready.
