Ingredients for making spring rolls
Half cup all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt as per taste, one-fourth milk, oil, one cup finely chopped cabbage, finely chopped onion, one cup finely chopped carrot, four cloves garlic, one teaspoon soy sauce, one tablespoon flour Diluted in water, black pepper, oil for frying.

Spring Roll Recipe
Step 1: To make spring rolls, first mix all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl. Then knead it with water or milk. Keep in mind that the dough should be soft.

Step 2: Keep the dough covered for an hour so that it rises well.

Step 3: To make the stuffing, heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onions to it. Fry the onion till it turns pink in color. Now add cabbage, carrots and stir well for two to three minutes. When the vegetables start to melt lightly, add soya sauce, black pepper, and salt to it. After cooking, take it out on a plate. Your spring roll stuffing is ready.

Step 4: To prepare the roll, first make small balls of dough and then roll it like a roti. Now roast this roti in a pan by applying oil on both sides till it becomes golden.

Step 5: Cut the baked roti or spring roll sheet into a square shape with the help of a cutter or knife. Similarly cut and prepare all the sheets.

Step 6: Now fill the vegetable stuffing in these wrappers.

Step 7: Seal your spring roll sheet by folding it into a round and applying the flour batter on both sides. Keep in mind that it is well sealed so that the stuffing inside does not come out and mix in the oil while frying, nor does the oil fill inside.

Step 8: Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls in it. When it starts to turn golden, take it out of the oil. Your hot spring rolls are ready. Serve them with spicy chutney or sauce.
