Fruity Potato Ingredients:

1 tbsp cumin

3 tbsp chopped fresh

coriander Roasted peanuts

Rock salt to taste

3 tbsp desi ghee

4 large boiled potatoes

2 green chillies

1 tbsp black pepper

How to make Falahari Potato:

To make fruit potatoes, first, take fresh potatoes. Make sure the potatoes are not too sweet; Otherwise, it may affect the taste. First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then place them in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and let it boil. Your potatoes will be ready within 2 whistles.

When the potatoes are boiled, peel them and keep them aside in a bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons of desi ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Fry the potatoes well in ghee. Your potatoes will be roasted well in about 5 minutes.

When the potatoes are roasted, add rock salt, black pepper, and chopped green chilies to it. Mix them well and let the potatoes cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add fresh coriander and continue frying until the potatoes are cooked well.
