Rice is a traditional food in India, and as a result, you will find many rice dishes readily available. These include pulao, rice parathas, kheer, dal-rice, rajma rice, and more. But have you ever tried making rice pudding using leftover rice? If not, today we have brought you the recipe for making this delicious dish.
Material:
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
100-200 grams cooked rice
Raisins, almonds, cashews
Instruction:
To prepare rice pudding, first break an egg in a mixing bowl. Beat it well.
Add cooked rice to beaten eggs and mix well. Then, add the milk and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until well mixed.
After this, pour this prepared mixture into a glass mug. Then keep it in the microwave and cook it for about 5 minutes.
Now your delicious rice pudding is ready! Garnish it with raisins, almonds and cashews, or any topping of your choice and serve.
