Ingrediants required
Soya powder – 2 cups
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Black pepper powder - half teaspoon
Potatoes – 3-4 boiled
Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Green chillies – 2-3 chopped
oil for frying
Salt - as per taste
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Coriander – chopped
Recipe
Take a bowl, and put soya powder in it. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Mash it and mix it with soya. Now add onion and bread pieces to this bowl and mix well. Now add ginger, garlic paste, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, turmeric, onion, salt and mix.
When it mixes well, apply oil on the palm. Now take a little mixture, make it round, and then give it the shape of a cutlet. Similarly, make cutlets from the entire mixture and keep them on a plate. Heat oil in a pan. Add three cutlets and fry. Turn them evenly from both sides so that one side does not burn too much. When it becomes golden brown and crispy, take it out on a plate. Place a tissue paper on the plate to absorb excess oil. Delicious and nutritious soya cutlets are ready. Enjoy hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
