Although you might have made egg curry before, try making a unique 'Anda Hara Masala' this time. Today we have brought this recipe for you. You can prepare it for Sunday lunch, and you will enjoy it with roti or rice. Let's know the recipe:
Egg Green Masala Ingredients:
2 tablespoons whole coriander
10 to 12 black peppers
2 teaspoons coriander
1 green onion
1 cup fresh coconut powder
3 green chillies
Garlic cloves 5-6
½ cups water
Salt to taste
Method:
Roasting Whole Spices:
To make egg green masala, first heat a pan. Add whole coriander and black pepper to it. Fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Masala Paste:
For the green masala paste, combine fresh coriander leaves, coconut powder, green chilies, and peeled garlic cloves in a grinder. Then add roasted coriander seeds and black pepper to it. Finally, add ½ cup water and grind all the ingredients finely.
Prepare Egg Green Masala:
Heat a pan and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, lightly fry the finely chopped onion in it. After frying onion, add ground paste to it. Mix it well and add salt as per taste.
Add a pinch of turmeric to it and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then, add ½ cup water to it. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
When it is cooked well, add 4 eggs to it. Make sure that the eggs are not mixed but placed separately in the masala. Sprinkle some red chili powder on top.
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Your egg green masala is ready. Garnish it with chopped green onions.
