Street food outside has a different taste. There we get food items with different tastes as per our choice. One such favorite dish is Veg Spring Roll. This is a foreign dish, but it has become very popular in India too. It is very easy to make at home, and it is ready in just a few minutes. Even children eat it with great enthusiasm. Today we have brought this recipe for you.

Necessary ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup onion

1 cup cabbage

1/2 cup capsicum

1/2 cup boiled noodles

2 tsp chili sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 tsp finely chopped ginger

1 cup grated carrot

1 Tablespoon oil

Salt to taste

Recipe:

First of all, chop onion, garlic, ginger, and capsicum finely.

Next, cut the cabbage into long pieces and grate the carrots.

Pour oil into a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, fry the ginger-garlic.

Next, add finely chopped onions and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Then, add chopped capsicum and cook it on high flame for 1 minute.

Now, add carrots and cabbage to it and cook. Add boiled noodles to this mixture and mix well with the help of a spoon and cook for 3-4 minutes.

During this, keep stirring the noodles also. Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and salt, and mix all the ingredients well. Stuffing is ready.

Now, divide the stuffing into equal portions in equal proportions and keep it aside. Knead the flour and roll it like roti.

Place this roti on a flat dry surface and put a portion of the stuffing in one corner.

Now, roll it into three-fourths and fold each corner towards the center.

After this, roll it completely and seal it with a flour-water mixture. Prepare all the rolls in the same manner.

Now, take a non-stick pan and add oil to it and heat it on medium flame.

When the oil is hot, add the veg spring rolls with stuffing and deep fry them.

Fry them until they become golden all around.

After this, take them out on a plate and cut the roll into three equal pieces.

Serve them with sauce and enjoy!
