Material:
Pistachios – 1 cup
Cashews – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1 tsp
Cocoa powder – 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Oil – 2 tsp
Dates – 3
Method:
- First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry the pistachios for 1-2 minutes.
-After roasting the pistachios, put them in a mixer and grind them finely.
Similarly, grind dates and cashew nuts and make a paste.
-Now in a mixing bowl, mix pistachio paste with cashew-date paste, honey, a pinch of salt, and cocoa powder.
-Grease a container with oil or ghee and spread the mixture evenly in it.
-To make barfi, flatten the mixture to the desired thickness using a knife or spatula.
-Your pistachio barfi is ready. Let it cool and then cut it into pieces.
