Besan ke ladoo is an easy-to-prepare recipe that tastes amazing and today we have come up with its recipe for you. Let's know the easy recipe for Besan Laddu.
Ingredients:
2 cups gram flour
3/4 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnishing

Instruction:
- Heat a heavy bottom pan or wok on medium heat.
- Put ghee in the pan and let it melt.
- Add gram flour to the pan and mix well in the melted ghee. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Lower the heat and cook the mixture for about 15-20 minutes, stirring continuously, until the gram flour turns golden brown in color and gives off a nutty aroma. Be careful not to burn it.
- Once the gram flour is cooked and smells good, switch off the flame and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well till all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Let the mixture cool until it is comfortable to handle but still warm.
- Grease your palms with some ghee and take a small portion of the mixture. Roll it between your palms to give it the shape of a round ladoo. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
- If you want, you can decorate the laddoos with chopped dry fruits by pressing them lightly.
- Let the laddoos cool completely and then store them in an airtight container.
