While households generally make halwa with ingredients like wheat flour, moong dal, carrots, etc., banana halwa is a dish that not many people have tried. Material:

Ripe bananas – 3
Semolina (Rava) – 1 cup
Saffron – a pinch
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
A mixture of milk and water – 3 cups
Cashews – 8-10
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instruction:

Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and mash it well in a bowl.
When ghee melts in the pan, add cashews and raisins and fry until they turn golden.
Put semolina in the pan and fry it until it turns golden.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, water, sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder.
Add mashed bananas to the mixture.
Pour the banana-milk mixture into the pan along with the roasted semolina.
Cook while stirring continuously until the halwa becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the flame, cover the halwa, and let it rest.
Your banana pudding is ready. Before serving, garnish it with cashews and raisins.
