2 big bowl semolina (rava)
1 bowl curd
1/2 packet eno
Green chilli - 2-3
salt to taste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp green coriander chopped
ground red chilli as per taste
Fried Rava Idli Recipe
To make Fried Rava Idli, first of all, put semolina or rava in a bowl.
After this add curd to it and mix it well with half a cup of water and prepare a thick batter.
Beat it well with a spoon and then leave it covered for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, mix Eno in the batter.
After this, take an idli maker and apply oil to it and fill all the moulds with batter.
Now cook the idli well in the idli maker. It will take about 10 minutes to make.
Similarly, prepare idlis from all the batter.
Now you are ready to make Fried Rava Idli.
For this, first of all, cut the idli into pieces.
After this, place a pan on the gas and put two spoons of oil in it and heat it.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chillies to it.
