To get the ration card activated again, the consumer has to visit the official website of the Food Supply Department. There, he has to log in with his login ID and submit a form. During this, you will be asked for your Aadhar card number, mobile number, bank account details, residence address, and photo copy of your voter ID card.

To get the closed ration card activated, first apply.
After applying, you will receive a form, which you have to fill out carefully.
No mistake in the form will be accepted, so give all kinds of information correctly and accurately.
After filling out the application form, wherever the signature or thumb impression is asked, put it there.
