Ice cream maker
Milk full cream 1 liter
Sugar ½ cup
Saffron 1 tsp
Green cardamom 4 to 5
Almonds 10 to 15
Pistachios chopped 3 tbsp

Method
To make Kulfi, first, boil one liter of milk in a vessel. It has to be boiled till it reduces to half. When it becomes thick, its color will start changing. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar and saffron threads to it and stir it for 4 to 5 minutes.

After stirring milk continuously, put green cardamom powder in it and turn off the gas. Meanwhile, add chopped pistachios to the milk. If you want to add dry fruits to Kulfi, then add chopped dry fruits to the milk. After this, cool the milk and put it in the mold of Kulfi.

Now keep the mold properly in the fridge to set. Check the kulfi after letting it set for 4 to 5 hours. When it sets well, take it out and serve. If you want, you can garnish the kulfi by placing pistachios on top.
