The taste of Kadhi is slightly different in the summer season. Today we are going to tell you the method of making Rajasthani Kadhi.

Material :
1 cup curd, 2 cups gram flour, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp asafoetida, 1-2 dry red chilies, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp green chili paste, salt as per taste, 2-3 tsp ghee

Method :
First of all, take curd in a big bowl, add water to it, and prepare the batter.

Now add gram flour to it and mix well.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt as per taste to it and mix well.

Take a pan, put 2 spoons of ghee in it, and heat it.

Now roast mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and dry red chilies in it.

Then add finely chopped green chilies and ginger paste, mix, and fry it for a while.

Now mix the curd-gram flour solution in it, when it starts boiling, turn off the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves.
