Material
Pumpkin (yellow) – 500 grams
Raw – 250 grams
Eno – 4 tbsp
Salt – 2 tbsp
Sauce – 2 tbsp

Method
1. First of all, cut the pumpkin into big pieces and put it in boiling water.
2. Let them boil for two minutes, then take them out and keep them in cold water to cool.
3. Now grind the pumpkin pieces in a mixer and make a paste that is neither too thick nor thin.
4. After this keep it covered for half an hour. After half an hour, when the water in the steamer becomes hot, add eggs to the idli batter and pour it into the mold.
5. Meanwhile, garnish the idli with tomatoes and steam it for 15-20 minutes.
6. Your tasty and healthy idli is ready.
