Ingredients for making protein salad

Moong sprouts – 2 cups
Mug Bean Sprouts – 1/4 cup
Grilled Tofu – 1/2 cup
Paneer pieces – 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Cucumber - 1
Tomato - 3
Capsicum - 1/2
Chopped green chillies – 2
Lettuce leaves – 1/2 cup
Lemon - 1
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Mixed herbs - 1/4 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Salad - 1/4 cup
Salt - as per taste

1. To make protein salad, first take a big mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 cups of sprouted moong. - Add pieces of cheese to it and mix all three well.
3. Now finely chop onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum, and green chili and put all these ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
4. Now add garlic paste, mixed herbs, a pinch of black pepper, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mix well.

5. Put this mixture in a mixing bowl and mix everything well.
6. Now add lettuce, moong sprouts and lettuce and mix everything.
7. Finally, top the protein salad with grilled tofu. Your nutritious salad is ready.
