Potatoes

Rice

Spinach
Cooking spinach in a pressure cooker can dissolve more oxalates present in it, which can cause kidney stones. Instead of cooking spinach normally, it is better to cook it on low flame and use more water so that its nutrients remain safe and the body is not harmed.
Fish
Cooking fish in a pressure cooker can destroy its nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Steaming or cooking fish on low flame is more healthy.
