Be it makeup, jewellery, fitness or anything else, girls leave no stone unturned to make their look attractive on this special day. If you are also going to be a bride, then change your diet now to stay fit and have glowing skin. The right diet will not only make your face glow but will also reduce your weight.

What special things should girls include in their diet before becoming a bride? We talked to dietitian RadhikaGoyal about this. Let us know from them what things girls who are going to become brides should include in their diet, from glowing skin to weight loss.

Roast flax seeds

Roasted flax seeds are also beneficial for women's health. Especially, if you are going to be a bride soon, then definitely eat flax seeds for weight loss, healthy digestion, heart health, and shine in your face and hair. They are rich in many things including Omega-3, iron, calcium, and protein. Include 1 teaspoon of roasted flax seeds in your daily diet.

Drink detox water

Girls who are going to become brides must include detox water in their diet. You can make different types of detox water from many things like lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves. This keeps the body hydrated and toxins are removed from the body. Due to this, it helps in weight loss and also makes the skin glow.

Drink beetroot juice

As important as it is for any bride to look beautiful and fit, it is equally important for the body to be strong from within. Wedding functions are tiring from within. Due to the lack of many nutrients in the body, weakness and fatigue occur. Especially, iron deficiency is quite common in women. In such a situation, beetroot juice rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants is very beneficial.

Buttermilk must be a part of the diet

Buttermilk is also necessary to stay healthy. It is low in fat and contains gut-friendly probiotics. It is very important to maintain strength in the body, overcome the deficiency of Vitamin B12 and improve digestion.
