Different types of dishes are prepared during Holi. You can make potato tikkis at this festival which is very tasty and can be served hot with tea.

Material
Four boiled potatoes, one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, one teaspoon chaat masala, one teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon cumin powder, salt as per taste, oil for frying

Method :
First of all mash the boiled potatoes.

Now add finely chopped green chilies, onions, and green coriander.

Then mix ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder well.

- Mix this mixture well.

To prepare tikkis from it, heat the oil in a pan.

Fry the tikkis well from both sides and serve with chutney.
