Necessary ingredients
Paneer - 250 grams
Rock salt - as per taste
Potato - 3
Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
Coriander - 1 cup
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Khoya - 1/2 cup
Buckwheat flour - 2 cups
Almonds - 1 cup
Raisins - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cashew - 1 cup
Method Of Making:
First, boil the potatoes and grate the paneer.
Then add black pepper, buckwheat flour, red chilli, green chilli, coriander and khoya to the potato and cheese mixture.
Mix the mixture well and add finely chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to it.
Press the prepared mixture well and prepare koftas in the form of small balls.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls in it one by one.
After turning brown, take out the balls in a vessel.
Your Potato-Paneer Koftas are ready. Serve hot with mint chutney.
