Both the state governments and the central government run many types of schemes. Through these schemes, the work of benefiting the needy and poor people living in urban areas as well as rural areas is done. For example, through the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana which is run by the central government. Benefits after joining the scheme:-
If you join the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, you are given training for a few days and for this you are given a stipend of Rs 500 per day

There is a provision of giving Rs 15 thousand for the beneficiary to buy the toolkit

A loan of first one lakh and then an additional two lakh rupees is given at a cheap interest rate and without guarantee.

Who cannot take advantage of the scheme?

People who cannot take advantage under the scheme i.e. are not eligible to apply include those who pay tax, those who take advantage of ESIC, those who are government employees, those who are financially well off and whose PF is deducted, etc.
