When can the 16th installment come?
Actually, till now the eligible farmers have received 15 installments of money under the scheme. Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 15th installment on 15 November 2023 and provided benefits to more than 8 crore beneficiaries.
In such a situation, this time the farmers associated with the scheme are waiting for the 16th installment. However, till now no official announcement has been made regarding the installment date. But if media reports are to be believed, the 16th installment may be released in February-March.

There are many farmers whose installments may get stuck. First of all, there are those farmers who are not getting the land verification done or will not get it done. Under the rules, the installment of such farmers may get stuck.
At the same time, if you are associated with the scheme and do not get the e-KYC done, you may still be deprived of the benefit of the installment. Therefore, to avail the benefit of installment, get this work done from your nearest bank, CSC center, or the official portal of the scheme pmkisan.gov.in.
