A large part of India's economy is based on the agriculture sector. Due to this, crores of people in the country are directly or indirectly associated with the agriculture sector. However, even today crores of farmers in the country are financially very weak. Many types of financial problems trouble these farmers while doing farming. In view of this problem of farmers, the central and state governments are running many great schemes. One of these schemes is named Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, the Government of India is providing financial assistance of Rs 6 thousand every year to the poor farmers of the country. The financial assistance of Rs 6 thousand is released in the form of three installments annually. Under each installment, the government transfers an amount of Rs 2 thousand to the account of poor farmers through DBT.

The Government of India has released a total of 18 installments of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Many farmers across the country have some questions related to PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. One of these questions is whether both the farmer husband and wife in a family can take the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana together?

Both the farmer husband and wife in a family cannot take the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana together. Only one member of the family gets the benefit of this scheme. Only that member can take the benefit of the scheme in whose name the cultivable land is registered.

If both the farmer husband and wife in a family apply for the scheme together, then in this situation their application will be canceled. At the same time, crores of farmers across the country are eagerly waiting for the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

According to media reports, the Government of India can release the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the coming month of February. However, the government has not made any official announcement regarding this.
