Material :
1 cup oats powder, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 cups water, 3 tbsp oil (for use separately), 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 cup spring onion whites, finely chopped, 1 tsp ginger-green chilies garlic paste, 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped, 1 cup spring onion greens, finely chopped, 1 tsp salt
Method :
Knead soft dough by adding water as required in oats and wheat flour.
- To prepare the stuffing, heat ½ tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Season with cumin.
Add the white part of the green onion, ginger-garlic, and green chili paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Add spring onions and salt. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 3 minutes, while stirring continuously. The stuffing is ready.
Make a ball of flour and roll it.
After this, put some stuffing in the middle and seal the dough by folding the edges.
Bake hot parathas on the griddle.
Serve the parathas hot with curd or pickle.
