Everyone wants to have a lovely house of their own because even today a large number of people either live in rented houses or the condition of many people's houses is very bad etc. At the same time, for those who are financially very weak, buying a house seems no less than the fulfillment of a dream. That is why the Central Government is running the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana so that eligible people can get their own houses. For this, the central government provides financial assistance. Till now a large number of people have taken advantage of this scheme and many are also taking it. In such a situation, if you are also going to apply for this scheme, then keep some things in mind. Otherwise, you can also become a victim of fraud. So let's know about this. You can know about this in the next slides...
To avoid fraud, it is important to keep these things in mind:-
Do not give confidential banking information at all
At the time of application, keep one thing in mind do not give your confidential banking information like OTP for withdrawing money, debit card number, CVV, or any net banking password, etc. to anyone.
Avoid giving an Aadhaar card
In today's time, a lot of frauds are happening through Aadhaar. Therefore, at the time of application, you have to take care not to leave or give your original Aadhaar anywhere. If the concerned officer asks to show the Aadhaar, then show it and submit its copy and not the hard copy.
Don't give money at all
Many times people get trapped in the trap of some fraudsters and these fraudsters ask you to pay some money and in return say things like getting your work done quickly and reliably. Do not make such a mistake at all because they cheat you and do not get your work done. Anyway, the work is done as per the rules of the government. If you are eligible, you get the benefit.
Avoid such people
You should understand one thing very well if you are ineligible for the scheme, then no one can get your application done. At the same time, if someone tells you that he can get you benefits, then do not make such a mistake because, in the investigation, the blame will fall on you and not on the fraudster.
