To make this tea, you have to take 1 glass of water and take 5 fenugreek seeds, 5 mint leaves, 3 basil leaves, and half a teaspoon of celery and half a teaspoon of cumin. Boil it for 5 minutes and then filter it and drink it lukewarm. Anti-inflammatory properties are found in all these things. At the same time, celery and cumin helps in removing gas and bloating.

Chamomile tea

Tea made from chamomile flowers helps in relieving period pain. This tea removes mood swings and improves hormonal imbalance. Drink this tea once a day to relieve pain during periods.

Ginger-Rose Tea

Add 5-7 rose petals in 1 glass of water and add 1 inch of grated ginger it. Boil it for 5-7 minutes and then filter it and drink it lukewarm. Antioxidants are found in ginger which provide relief from pain and relax the muscles.
