Do not eat pear in these conditions
1. When the stomach is upset
If you have the problem with indigestion then it is better to stay away from the pears, after eating them you start having problems in digestion. One should avoid eating it, especially in the morning and late at night, otherwise, complaints like gas, cramps, flatulence, and diarrhea will occur.
2. When you are troubled by cold
There is no doubt that pear benefits our body in many ways, but its nature is cold, so when you have a cold, cough, or cold, do not eat this fruit at all.
3. People who want to lose weight
Pear contains very few calories which helps reduce weight, but if you consume it excessively then it is sure to cause harm because it increases the daily calorie consumption.
4. High blood pressure patients
Although pear is very beneficial for high blood pressure patients, some people start eating it excessively, which causes harm instead of benefit. In such a situation, you may have a high heart rate, fainting, dizziness, and breathing problems.
