Ingredients for making Gulab Jamun
Khoya i.e. Mawa - 1 cup
Sugar - 4 cups
Cardamom - 3-4
Water - 3 cups
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Dry fruits - as required
Ghee - 2 cups

Method
If you want to make Gulab Jamun at home, first mash the mawa well. Prepare a dough by adding baking soda to this mashed mawa. After this add two drops of ghee to make the dough soft.

While preparing the dough, keep in mind that it should not be too tight. After this, now prepare Gulab Jamun from this dough according to your own. Now put ghee in the pan and heat it properly. Once the ghee is heated properly, slow down the gas and put the Gulab Jamun in it.

While these are getting ready, prepare Gulab Jamun syrup. To prepare sugar syrup, boil water and sugar together. Add cardamom powder to it for fragrance.
