Ingredients:
- 250 grams paneer,
- bay leaves,
- cardamom,
- cinnamon,
- 3 onions,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder,
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder,
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder,
- salt to taste,
- 2 tablespoons oil
Method :
- First, cut the paneer into cubes.
- Now take salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder in a bowl and add paneer to it.
- Mix it well and leave it for a while.
- Prepare a paste of onions, tomatoes, and green chilies in a jar.
- Heat the pan, and add oil to it.
- Add cardamom, bay leaf, and cinnamon to it, add ginger garlic paste, and fry.
- Then add onion-tomato paste, add spices and fry it.
- Add salt and also add paneer cubes.
- Add water as required, and turn off the gas when it starts boiling.
