Its gravy is specially prepared. Let's know its recipe.

Necessary ingredients
Paneer - 250 grams
Cream/malai - 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1-inch piece
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Curry leaves - 8-10
Oil - 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste

Ingredients for Gravy
Spinach - 1 bundle
Tomato - 1-2
Onion - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Green coriander chopped - 3/4 cup
Oil - 3 tsp
salt - as per taste

Recipe
To make Paneer Hyderabadi, first, cut square pieces of paneer and keep them separately in a bowl. After this, wash and clean the spinach and separate the stalks. Now finely chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander. Now put 3 tsp oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and fry for some time.

When the colour of the onion becomes lightly golden, add tomatoes to it and cook till the tomatoes become soft. Then add spinach and green coriander to it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. When the mixture cools down, put it in a mixie jar, add half a cup of water and blend it. Now take out the prepared paste in a vessel.

Now add 2 tbsp oil again in the pan and add cumin, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and fry on low flame. When the aroma of spices starts coming, add the prepared puree of spinach and cook it. Add curd and cream to the gravy for some time and cook while stirring well. After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add coriander powder, cumin powder and salt as per taste and mix while stirring with a ladle. After cooking the gravy for about a minute, add paneer pieces and mix well with the gravy. Now cover the pan and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes. After the fixed time, remove the lid of the pan and put garam masala and kasoori methi in it after rubbing it with your palms. Delicious Paneer Hyderabadi is ready for dinner. Serve it with paratha or roti.
