Everyone likes Samosa and Dumplings but they are made by deep frying in oil, which is why people do not eat them even if they feel like keeping their health in mind. Oily foods may be tasty but they are also the cause of many diseases. In such a situation, one has to struggle to eat one's favorite things. But you can also make samosa without oil so that neither oil will affect your health nor you will have to kill your desire to eat samosa. Today we are going to tell you the recipe for making Paneer Potato Samosa without oil.
Ingredients for making Paneer-Potato Samosa
1 cup flour, 2-4 boiled potatoes, 1 cup paneer, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste, oil for frying.
How to make Paneer-Potato Samosa
Step 1 - To make Paneer-Potato Samosa, first knead the dough by adding all-purpose flour, salt, and a little water in a bowl. Keep in mind that the dough should neither be too hard nor too soft.
Step 2 - Now make the stuffing of samosas by mixing boiled potatoes, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3 - Then make small balls of the dough you had kneaded.
Step 4- Now roll the dough like a puri put one spoon of potato-paneer stuffing in it and fold it into a triangle in the shape of a samosa.
Step 5- Keep the pressure cooker on gas flame to heat. Add salt to the cooker and place a mesh stand. Then close the cooker with a lid and cook for ten minutes.
Step 6 - Meanwhile, grease a plate with ghee. Apply a little ghee to the samosa and keep it on a smooth plate at some distance.
Step 7- Remove the lid of the cooker mounted on the gas and cover it by placing a plate of samosas on a mesh stand.
Step 8- Let the samosas cook in the cooker for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Your oil-free Paneer Aloo Samosa is ready.
